SPIREA Study

The SPIREA Study is evaluating the
safety and efficacy of an
investigational medication (a
medication not approved for clinical
use) when used with standard-of-care
medications for adults with active IIM.

The study will involve study clinic visits every 2 weeks over the course of up to 112 weeks, or about 26 months.

About 200 participants will be enrolled, and they may be compensated for study-required travel and expenses.
